Watch as a vegan chef prepares a balanced meal using the techniques that we study in The Main Course. At the end of the class we will all enjoy a meal together. This is a great class to introduce you to plant based foods or if you're already vegan, to show you the diversity of ingredients and techniques available to you.
Our mission at the Natural Cooks Studio is to expand peoples knowledge of nutrient dense whole foods and their connection to our overall health and energy, teach food preparation skills to allow you to act upon that information and to instill a proactive stance on our need for a sustainable and diverse food supply.
