7 Day Intensive

•The Main Course Parts One and Two

•Knife Skills

•Seed Protein Focus topic (Seed protein is part of the intensive week program)

•Two Improvisation classes

All components should be completed within a year. Upon completion of the course you will be contacted to schedule the certificate course components. Testing is completed through The School Of Natural Cookery and is an online exam and with its successful completion you will receive a certificate to claim as an addition to your own personal growth or to add to a resume.

      Hi Kelly: I appreciate your inquiry into the certification course. That course probably will not be brought back in the fall. To answer your question, certification is/was more of a personal goal/accomplishment with hands on and testing through the School of Natural Cookery in Boulder. It doesn’t allow you to teach the course, but is more of an individual achievement or a nice addition to a resume. The founder and director of the school does have a teaching course available and you could check that out or their online courses at http://www.naturalcookery.com.
