Dinner Class
Grab a couple friends or come alone and meet some new ones for a night of great food. Call or email for a reservation as these classes are currently scheduled on demand. Watch as a cooking instructor prepares a balanced meal using the techniques that we study in the Basic series. At the end of the class we will all enjoy a meal together. This is a great class to introduce you to plant based foods, teach you how to add more of these foods to an omnivores diet or if you're already vegan, to show you the diversity of ingredients and techniques available to you.
Improvisation Class
Improvisation class is your hands-on opportunity to utilize the teaching kitchen and all ingredients for the purpose of acting on the skills and information you've learned from the Basic course series. Your instructor is there for guidance and questions, as needed.
The Basic Series
Basic- Part One
This course is the first step in learning the language of intuitive cooking, with focus on vegetables, whole dish grains, beans and sauces.
Basic- Part Two
This second course in intuitive cooking focuses on soups/stocks, homestyle desserts and meal composition.
Intensive Course
This course is designed for the individual that wants to challenge themselves by taking an intensive course, testing their abilities and being rewarded with a certificate that shows their accomplishments.
